Admin Permissions Overview


Admin Owner tools can be accessed through your Settings or directly from the Dashboard. From there, you’ll find key features such as case design requests and activity tracking, along with other administrative controls.


1. Admin Owner Permissions

  • Full control over the Enterprise account
  • Responsible for:
    • Managing team access
    • Overseeing users
    • Monitoring overall platform activity

2. Switching Between Teams

  • Admins can switch between multiple teams under the same account
  • When switching teams, the system updates:
    • User roles and branding
    • Product decks and available carriers
    • Team settings and configurations
    • Activity logs and reporting
    • Client lists (team-specific)
  • Each team operates as a separate workspace (data does NOT carry over)

3. Team Management

Admins can:

  • Add, remove, and manage team members
  • Grant or revoke user access
  • Assign roles (if applicable)
  • Oversee user activity across the team



4. Case & Client Oversight

Admins can:

  • View all client profiles and cases across the team
  • Access cases created by any member
  • Monitor case design activity and workflows
  • Support producers by reviewing or assisting with cases
  • This is found on your Main dashboard or Watch Activity



5. Case Design & Collaboration

Admins can:

  • Assist with or manage case design requests
  • Collaborate on cases using GrantAI
  • Share cases across team members
  • Oversee how cases are being worked on organization-wide
  • Case Design Requests can be found on the dashboard



6. Platform & Account Control

Admins can:

  • Manage subscription, billing, and enterprise settings
  • Access team-level configurations and tools
  • Review exports, reporting, and activity logs (if enabled)
  • Maintain overall account structure and organization



7. Compliance & Oversight Responsibilities

Admins are responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper access control across users
  • Approving elevated or cross-team access
  • Maintaining documentation of permissions and approvals
  • Monitoring usage for internal and regulatory compliance

8. Key Notes

  • Admins have full visibility across all team activity
  • Switching teams does NOT merge or share data
  • Actions taken within shared cases may impact other users
  • Final responsibility for client-facing recommendations remains with the licensed agent
