Case-Design Manager (Marketer)
Marketer / Case Design Role
You manage client information, handle and track case design requests from producers, and use built-in tools to create your own cases, run research, and generate reports. This includes moving requests through their workflow (reviewing, assigning, and updating status) and building case strategies using the platform’s tools.
You also have visibility into members and affiliates, allowing you to understand your team structure, coordinate efforts, and support producers effectively throughout the case process.

1. Receive or Identify a Case Need

A producer (agent) submits a Case Design Request
or
- You proactively support a producer by creating a case on their behalf

2. Create or Access the Case
- Create a new client + case (if starting from scratch)
- Or open an existing producer case by using the search box (you already have visibility into all producer cases)

You may also use this section to create a new case.

3. Build the Case Strategy
- Use GrantAI to:
- Analyze client financials and goals
- Generate annuity strategy recommendations

- Use tools like:
- Illustrator (if applicable)
- Calculators (income, SPIA, etc.)
- Structure the case based on suitability and client objectives

4. Refine & Validate
- Review outputs for:
- Accuracy
- Compliance alignment
- Strategy clarity
- - Reports have been saved, and notes have been documented for record-keeping under the grant AI section in the client’s profile.
- Adjust inputs or rerun scenarios if needed

5. Collaborate with the Producer
- Communicate with the agent on:
- Strategy direction
- Product selection
- Any missing client details
- Update the case as new info is provided

6. Deliver the Case

Share the case with the producer
or
- Notify them the case is ready for review
- Provide guidance on how to present it (if needed)

7. Ongoing Case Support
- Revisit and adjust cases as client scenarios evolve
- Support revisions, new illustrations, or alternative strategies
- Continue assisting across multiple producer cases

Key Notes for Your Role
- You automatically have access to all producer cases (no need for sharing within the same team)
- You do not see other managers’ cases
- You are the primary case builder and strategist supporting agents
