How to Access an Existing Case
Step 1: Open the Main Menu
Click the ☰ menu icon located in the top-left corner of the platform to open the main navigation menu.

If you are an Admin Owner or Case Design Manager, you can access and manage cases directly from your dashboard, including:
- Your own clients and cases
- Team clients and cases
- Shared cases
- Case Design Requests
To begin, navigate to Case Design Requests from the dashboard or access it directly here:
Switching Between Open and All Requests
At the top-right corner of the Case Design Requests page, you can toggle between the available views depending on what you would like to review.
- Open → Displays active requests that are currently being worked on, reviewed, or pending completion. This view also allows you to quickly see the assigned user, status, priority, and notes related to the request.
- All → Displays the full Case Design Request history across the team, including active, completed, and past requests, along with overall team activity.
Use either button to switch between the two views based on the cases or team activity you need to review.

Open the Client and Case
Working with Case Design Requests
Scroll through the list to locate the client or Case Design Request you want to review, then click the edit icon or client name to open the request.

Inside the request, you can:
- View the current status and progress of the case
- See who the request is assigned to
- Leave notes and updates for the team or producer
- Upload or review PDFs and attachments
- Review previous activity, notes, and status history
- Continue working on the case or jump in to assist if something is missing
Any notes or updates added to the request can notify the producer by email, helping keep communication and case activity centralized within the request workflow.
Use the:
- Open view to manage active requests currently being worked on
- All view to review the full request history, including completed work and previous activity
If needed, you can also assign the request to yourself or update the current assignee using the dropdown selector.
