What is the Retirement Freedom Questionnaire ?
It is a guided retirement planning presentation tool designed to help advisors and agents facilitate deeper conversations with clients about retirement income, financial goals, risk tolerance, asset protection, and overall retirement readiness, all while you are building rapport.
What is the purpose of this tool?
The Retirement Freedom Questionnaire is a pre-built educational presentation and guided fact-finding tool designed to help advisors/agents determine whether an annuity may be an appropriate fit for a client’s retirement goals, comfort level, and financial concerns.
It allows you to educate clients while walking through a structured series of retirement and suitability-based questions in a simple, presentation-style format.
The Retirement Freedom Questionnaire consists of approximately 36 slides designed to help facilitate deeper retirement planning conversations with your clients. Upon completion, the questionnaire provides a summary of the client’s results, which can be used to better understand their financial priorities, retirement concerns, and overall comfort level with risk and protection strategies.
- On your main dashboard, if you would like to take a more detailed approach and conduct a full retirement presentation with your clients, you can use the Retirement Freedom Questionnaire, which is available only under the Genius Plan. If you would like to upgrade, you can go to Billing and select the plan.
- If you are using a smaller device or tablet, click the hamburger menu (☰) or blue square in the top-right corner, then navigate to the Qualify tab and select the Retirement Freedom Questionnaire.

Please note: this questionnaire is not intended to be sent directly to prospects so you won't see a share link like the suitability questionnaire. It is designed to be completed virtually with your client or used as part of a live, table-side presentation during your meeting.
