How to Connect Annuities Genius to ChatGPT

Follow the steps below to connect your Annuities Genius account to ChatGPT.

Step 1 — Open AI Apps in Annuities Genius

1. Log in to your Annuities Genius account.
2. Click your name/profile in the upper-right corner.
3. From the dropdown menu, click AI Apps.

Step 2 — Open the Setup Guide

1. You will be taken to the Connected AI apps page.
2. Click View setup guide.
3. Keep this page available while you complete the setup in ChatGPT.

Step 3 — Open ChatGPT Settings

1. Open ChatGPT and sign in to your account.
2. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. From the Settings menu, click Plugins.

Step 4 — Enable Developer Mode

1. On the Plugins page, click Developer mode.
2. Turn Developer mode ON.
3. Return to the main Plugins page.

Step 5 — Browse Plugins

1. Click Browse plugins.
2. On the Browse Plugins page, click the + button to add a new plugin.
3. A New Plugin window will appear.

Step 6 — Add Annuities Genius

Complete the fields as follows:

Name:

Annuities Genius

Description:

Optional — you may leave this blank.

Connection:

Select Server URL.

Then copy and paste this exact server address:

https://app.annuitiesgenius.com/mcp

Step 7 — Set Up Authentication

1. Under Authentication, select OAuth.
2. Click Advanced OAuth settings.
3. Review the OAuth settings.
4. Return to the New Plugin screen.
5. Check the box next to I understand and want to continue.
6. Continue to create/connect the plugin.

Step 8 — Sign In With Annuities Genius

A window titled Add Annuities to ChatGPT will appear.

Click Sign in with Annuities.

Step 9 — Review and Authorize Access

You will be redirected to Annuities Genius and shown the permissions ChatGPT is requesting.

The authorization screen will show access to information such as:

• Your clients and their profiles
• Your quotes and illustrations
• Your case notes and saved records

Review the information displayed on the authorization screen.

When you're ready to proceed, click Authorize ChatGPT.

Step 10 — Connection Complete

After authorization, you will be redirected back to ChatGPT.

Your Annuities Genius account is now connected to ChatGPT and ready to use.
