How to Update Your Payment Method


To update your credit card information, you must be logged into your account.


Follow these steps:

  1. Click on your name at the top right corner of the screen to open the dropdown menu.

  1. Select "Billing" from the navigation bar.

    1. Within the "Payment Methods" section, select "Add your first Payment Method" if you do not have one yet.
  1. Alternatively, you can add a new payment method and set it as the default option.


Please enter the cardholder's name, credit card number, expiration date, CVC code, and billing ZIP code.

  1. Click "Save Card" to save your changes.
  2. After making the change, go back to the billing page and set it as the default.



Alternatively, you may receive a prompt from Stripe to update your payment method directly.


Looking to view your next upcoming payment or invoice?



Payments:

  1. Scroll down to the "Payments" section, where you can view your next upcoming payment.


Payment History:

  1. Continue scrolling to the "payment history" section.
  2. Here, you can find and download copies of all your invoices for your records.
