Working with the Current Client

Current Client

To help with compliance and keeping your workflow organized, Annuities Genius uses a Current Client selection across the platform.


When you select a client, their name will appear in the top header. Any analysis, reports, or notes you create while that client is selected will automatically be saved to that client’s profile for recordkeeping.

You can also switch clients or create a new one directly from the client selector in the header.

If your screen is smaller or the page is partially resized, this option may appear inside the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner.



Tip: Make sure you don’t have extra tabs open that may relate to other clients. Running scenarios in multiple tabs can sometimes cause an analysis to be saved under the wrong client. It’s best to keep only the tabs open that relate to the current client you’re working on.


Default Client on Registration


When you first register, a demo “Valued Client” is automatically created so you can explore the platform and try the tools before adding real client information.


If you click on Valued Client, it will take you to the GrantAI workspace. The current client you are working under will always be displayed in the header at the top of the platform.

Once inside the page, you will see the GrantAI prompt bar. This is where you can interact with GrantAI by typing a question, requesting an analysis, or uploading documents.


You can either chat directly with GrantAI or select from the suggested prompts shown on the screen, such as Find best-fit annuity, Qualify client, Generate income plan, Compare alternatives, or Create questionnaires.


This space can also be used for education and training you can ask GrantAI questions about products, strategies, or run practice scenarios to learn how the tools work.


The GrantAI prompt bar highlighted in red is your main command center. This is where you interact directly with GrantAI to ask questions, analyze annuity products, generate client reports, compare strategies, or learn how different products work.



You can type a request into the prompt bar, upload a document, or select from the suggested prompts such as Compare SPIA options, Analyze tax implications, or Draft presentation emails. This area is designed for product research, case design, strategy questions, and education. (Send ⬆️)


The blue chat bubble on the right side ⬇️💬 is used for general platform support. This is where you can reach our team if you have questions related to your account, settings, or other software-related issues.


If you need to go back and work on an existing client or create a new one, go to the header at the top of the platform and click the client dropdown.


From there, you can search for an existing client by typing their name in the search field and selecting them. If you need to add someone new, you can also choose the option to create a new client from the same dropdown.


Always make sure you are working under the correct client profile before running any analysis or tools.
