Find All Your Submitted E-Apps
Access the Eapp Tab:
Main access :
From the top navigation bar, click E-App (located in the blue menu at the top of your screen).

If the blue menu button is not visible, a blue box (☰) will be displayed to access the menu and navigate to E-App.
- If neither option is visible, your screen may be zoomed in or the page may be partially obscured. Please try zooming out or adjusting your browser settings until the blue menu button appears in the top left corner.
Alternatively, you may click the link below to navigate directly, provided you are logged into your AG Portal. Access Here: https://app.annuitiesgenius.com/applications
Locate Your Application:
- Once you're in the right section, click " > "
- The next page will display all your pending applications. Find and click on the one client you wish to access.
Review the Application:

- The next page will open the application. At the top, you’ll see four buttons:
- Find Errors
- Upload Documents (if needed)
- Unlock Application
- Show/Hide Errors
Resolve Errors and Upload Documents:
- Click on the relevant buttons to address any errors or upload necessary documents.
- Go through all pages of the application.
Next Steps Following Submission for Underwriting / Submission of an E-Application:
- After reviewing and making necessary adjustments, the application will be submitted for underwriting.
- The status will update to “Complete” once submission is successful.

- If you have questions about the underwriting process or need status updates after submission, contact the carrier where the application was submitted.
- For assistance, please contact your account administrator at your agency. This information can be found in the Business section within your settings. For inquiries related to products, sales, or eApp, your organization representative is the appropriate point of contact.
