Modifying your Current Subscription Plan
🔁 How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Annuities Genius Subscription
If you’d like to change your subscription plan (either upgrade or downgrade), follow the steps below.
Please note: you must be logged into your Annuities Genius dashboard to make these changes.
🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions:

Log in to your Annuities Genius account:
https://app.annuitiesgenius.com
Access Your Profile Menu:
- On desktop: Click your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard. A dropdown menu will appear.

On mobile or tablet: You may not see your name. Instead, click the circular gray icon (with either your profile picture or a default person icon) in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Billing:
- In the dropdown menu, click "Billing" (you’ll see a small credit card icon next to it).

Or go directly to: https://app.annuitiesgenius.com/billing-portal
View Your Current Plan:
- At the top of the Billing page, you'll see your Current Subscription Plan, based on your account type (e.g., Independent or Organization).
- Choose a New Plan:
- Click “Change Subscription Plan.”
- Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle to switch between billing cycles.
- Review the available plans, what’s included in each, and select the one that best fits your
- needs.

- Confirm Your Selection:
- Click the "Subscribe" button under the plan you want.
- Your account will be automatically updated and prorated based on your current billing cycle.
📅 Planning a Future Change?
If you’d like your subscription changes (upgrade/downgrade) to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle instead of immediately that adjustment can’t be made through the dashboard.
