What is the case credit system?

Each time you create a new client profile, it uses one case credit. Every subscription plan includes a monthly credit allowance. If you run out of credits, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits.
Why was the credit system introduced?
The credit system was introduced to ensure fair usage across all accounts while maintaining platform performance, system reliability, ongoing updates, and accurate real-time quoting as usage continues to grow.
What should I do when my monthly credits run out?
If your monthly credits run out, you have options. You can upgrade to a higher plan that includes more monthly credits, or you can purchase additional case credits at any time. There are no automatic charges, and you remain in full control.

What are extra credits?
Extra credits are additional case credits that can be purchased at any time. They never expire and are only used once your included monthly credits are exhausted. Any purchased credits roll over from month to month until they are used.
When do my monthly credits renew?
Monthly case credits included with your subscription renew on the first day of each month, based on your current billing plan.
Which clients count toward monthly credits?
Only client profiles that are manually created count toward credit usage. Clients that are generated automatically through your website or funnels do not count against your monthly credits.
Which client cases use credits?
A case credit is only used when a new client profile is created. Once the profile exists, you can run unlimited reports, illustrations, and scenarios within that client without using any additional credits.
Case Credit Pricing
This is our usage-based pricing for additional client case credits -$9.00 per one credit. Each credit unlocks a new client profile, with unlimited reports and case designs within that profile.

Can I get unlimited credits?
