Facebook Section (Website)

🌐 Customize Website Template & Social Media Preview

This section allows you to select your website template and manage how your link appears when shared on social media platforms.

At the top of the Website section, you will see your unique website link along with two icons:

🌐 View Website (Globe Icon)

Click the globe icon to open your website in a new tab
This allows you to see the full page as a visitor would view it

👉 Use this to:

Review your layout
Confirm content and branding
Test the overall user experience

📋 Copy Link (Clipboard Icon)

Click the copy icon to copy your website link to your clipboard

👉 You can then:

Paste the link into social media posts
Share it via email or text
Use it in marketing materials

💡 Tip

After making updates in Website Settings, use the View Website option to confirm changes, then use the Copy Link option to share your page.

On the left-hand panel, locate:

Website Template
Website Settings

🎨 Select a Website Template

You may choose between two templates:

Webinar Funnel

Designed for lead generation and educational presentations, such as workshops or webinars.

Classic

A traditional layout suitable for general client-facing use.

⚠️ Important

The Website Settings apply to both templates.

Whether you select Webinar Funnel or Classic, the social media preview settings (Title, Description, and Image) function the same way.

These settings control how your website link appears when shared on platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn.

Platform Selection

Use the dropdown (e.g., Facebook) to select the platform. Each platform may have its own preview configuration.

Title

Enter the headline that will appear in the link preview. Use clear and appropriate language.

Description

Provide a brief, informational summary that appears below the title.

Image (Thumbnail)

Upload an image to display with your link.

Recommended sizes:

1200 × 630 pixels (preferred)
600 × 314 pixels (minimum)

To remove an existing image, click the red “X” icon.

💾 Saving Your Changes

Changes made in this section are automatically saved within the platform. There is no separate “Save” button required.

Once your updates are in place, you can proceed to your social media platform to share your link.

📘 How to Share Your Annuities Genius Link on Facebook

1. Go to Facebook

2. Start a Post

At the top of your feed, click the field that says “What’s on your mind?”

3. Paste Your Link

Copy your Annuities Genius website link (for example:

https://website.annuitiesgenius.com ) and paste it into the post box

4. Preview Appears Automatically

Facebook will generate a preview using the title, description, and image you configured in Website Settings

5. Add a Caption

Write a short, compliant caption, for example:

“Compare annuity options with Annuities Genius and review information available in your area. Start here:”

6. Post

Once everything looks correct, click the Post button

⚠️ Additional Notes

Each platform may display previews differently
Changes may not appear immediately due to caching
Ensure all content is appropriate and aligned with compliance requirements
Keep captions clear, factual, and not misleading

💡 Recommendation

After updating your settings, test your link by creating a post to confirm the preview displays correctly.

The website link provided within the platform is intended to support your outreach efforts and help facilitate client engagement. You are responsible for how and where the link is shared in order to generate traffic.

Once visitors access your link, the platform provides tools to help you manage interactions and guide prospects through your process, including scheduling appointments (if a scheduling link such as Calendly is added). You may also receive notifications when a lead is generated through your page.
