Keep Your Annuities Genius Emails Out of Spam

Important communications from Annuities Genius including onboarding links, feature updates, webinar invitations, and billing notifications may occasionally be filtered into Promotions or Spam folders by your email provider.
To ensure uninterrupted delivery to your primary inbox, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Mark Annuities Genius Emails as Safe
If you locate an email from Annuities Genius in your Spam or Promotions folder:
- Move the message to your Primary inbox or select “Not Spam.”
- Add the following addresses to your contacts or address book:
- help@annuitiesgenius.com
- support@annuitiesgenius.com
- notifications@annuitiesgenius.com
- Any email ending in @annuitiesgenius.com (e.g., firstname@annuitiesgenius.com)
This helps ensure future communications are delivered directly to your inbox without filtering.
Step 2: Add Annuities Genius to Your Safe Senders List
Below are general guidelines for common email providers:
Gmail (including Promotions tab)
- Move an Annuities Genius email to the Primary tab and confirm the prompt to apply this setting for future messages.
- Optionally, create a filter:

Step 3: Company or IMO-Managed Email Accounts
If your email is administered by your organization or IMO, we recommend contacting your IT team to whitelist @annuitiesgenius.com at the domain level.
