How to Cancel Your Subscription


For security purposes, we’re unable to process cancellations through email. Please log into your billing portal to complete the cancellation.


Note: You must be logged into your account to complete these steps.

Instructions to Cancel Your Subscription

You are responsible for canceling your subscription directly within your account.

  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to your name (top right corner).
  2. Select Billing.
  3. Go to your Account Settings.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.


- Select "Billing."

- Scroll to the bottom and click the "Cancel" button.

    • Scroll down past the plan and coupon sections.
    • You’ll see a section labeled “Cancel Subscription.”
    • The “Cancel Subscription” button is located at the very bottom of the page, directly under the coupon/discount area.

What happens when you click the button

  • Clicking Cancel Subscription will prompt you to confirm and ask for a reason.
  • Once completed, the system will automatically process the cancellation.
  • A confirmation email is sent immediately after.


After clicking Cancel Subscription, a window will appear asking for the reason for cancellation. Please enter a brief response, then click the red Cancel Subscription button to complete the process. A confirmation email will follow.


- You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed.


Refund Policy for Your Subscription:

  • After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the renewal date, and you won’t be charged again.
  • If you cancel after the renewal date, no refund will be issued, but you'll have access for the rest of the billing cycle.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle.


After canceling, you’ll see a “Resume Subscription” button. This confirms the cancellation was successful and gives you the option to reactivate anytime before the current billing cycle ends.



What happens to my data and information if I cancel my subscription?


If you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have full access to your account through the end of your current billing period.

Your account data and information are not immediately removed when you cancel. Once the subscription fully ends, access to your data is available again only if the account is reactivated.

If you plan to subscribe again in the future, reactivating your account will restore access to your existing information.
