Annuities Genius subscriptions renew automatically under our legal billing entity, Agatha Global Tech LLC.

Renewal notices and invoices may reference Agatha Global Tech LLC as it is the registered company responsible for processing subscription payments.


Renewal Notification Process


Renewal reminders are automatically sent approximately 72 hours prior to the scheduled billing date.

Standard Renewal Timeline


  1. Renewal notice sent ~72 hours prior to billing.
  2. Invoice generated on the renewal date.
  3. Payment automatically processed if billing details are valid.

All billing actions are system-generated.



FAQ – Renewal & Billing Questions


The email went to spam. Why was I charged?

Renewal notifications are automatically generated and sent approximately 72 hours prior to billing to the email address on file. While spam filters cannot be controlled, the notice is successfully issued before the charge occurs.


I didn’t use the platform. Can I receive a refund?

Subscriptions renew based on continued access to the platform, not usage. Once a renewal processes, refunds are not issued for unused time.


Can I pause or freeze my subscription?

No—subscriptions cannot be paused or suspended. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. If you choose to re-subscribe later, a new billing cycle will begin. Unused time does not carry over, and no credits are issued for periods of non-use.

Please note that any promotional or discounted pricing may not be retained upon re-subscription.


I don’t recognize this charge / Is this fraud?

The account was created using the email address on file, and billing authorization was completed at the time of sign-up.

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, you may initiate a dispute through your bank. The bank will coordinate directly with our billing processor to review the authorization on file.


How do I prevent future charges?

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Our team is happy to assist with cancellation if needed.
