Product Deck: Add/Remove Carriers
How to Add or Remove Carriers from Your Product Deck
If you don’t see a carrier or product in your system, it may not be added to your Product Deck.
Follow the steps below to update it:
Step 1: Open Your Carrier Deck
- Go to your Dashboard.
- At the top left of the screen, find Current Products.
- Click the dropdown next to All Products.
If your page is open halfway or you're using a mobile device. If your screen is smaller or the window isn’t fully expanded, the platform will collapse the navigation into the hamburger menu (three lines in the top left) Click that menu to open the side navigation ☰ icon , Here you can find Current Case, Current Products, and the tools available in your plan.
Step 2: Create or Edit a Deck
- If you do not have a deck yet, click Create New Deck.

- If you already have a deck, click Edit Deck.

Step 3: Add or Remove Carriers
- Click Edit Carriers.
- Use the search bar to find a carrier.
- Check the box to add a carrier.
- Uncheck the box to remove a carrier.

Step 3: Choose What You Want to Update
At the top of the page, choose one of the following:
- Edit carriers – Add or remove insurance companies.
- Edit annuity types – Choose the product types you sell (FIA, Fixed, SPIA, DIA).
- Edit distribution channels – Select your distribution setup (IMO, BGA, RIA, Independent Agent, etc.).

Step 4: Make Your Selections
- Check boxes to add products.
- Uncheck boxes to remove products.
- Scroll through the list or use search to find specific carriers.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Click Save after making your updates.
Your selected carriers and products will now update throughout the system (Illustrations, Navigator, Marketplace, etc.).
If you’re unable to find an insurance company (carrier) or product, please review your case settings first. In some situations, filters such as age, state, premium amount, or other parameters may affect which companies and products appear.
If you’ve confirmed your settings are correct and still do not see the insurance company or product you’re looking for, please contact Support and let us know which one you need assistance with.
If You Don’t See “Current Products” at the Top
Look at the very top of your screen.
You should see “Current Products” near the middle.
If you don’t see it, your screen may be zoomed in too much.
On your keyboard:
- Hold the Ctrl key (or Command key on Mac)
- While holding it, press the number 0
This resets your screen to normal size.
If that doesn’t work:
- Hold Ctrl (or Command on Mac) and press the minus (-) key once or twice.
After that, you should see “Current Products” at the top.
